Terms and Conditions of Service

Online and In-Person Course Fees

General Cancellations: You can cancel and receive a refund up to 7 days before the first class begins.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, we will attempt to resell your space; a refund is only issued if we are successful.

Post-Start Policy: No refunds are available once a course has started, as we cannot resell partial places.

Consumer Rights: You may cancel products purchased online within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus processing charges.

1 to 1 Packages Cancellation Policy

Initial 14-Day Window: You may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, provided your first appointment is not within 7 days of the cancellation.

Consultation Forfeiture: If you cancel after 14 days of booking or within 7 days of your first consultation, you forfeit the full standalone cost of that first session.

Rescheduling: Changes to appointments must be requested at least 7 days in advance. If cancelled within the 7-day window, no replacement or refund is offered.

Partial Package Refunds: After the first 14 days, refunds for unused sessions are calculated by charging the full standalone price (removing package discounts) for completed sessions.

Example: For a £595 package, if you use two sessions (standalone values of £220 and £110) and cancel the rest with 7 days' notice, your refund would be £265.

Liability

Dog Behaviour: Trainers are not liable for any damage or injury caused by your dog during or after training. You agree to indemnify the trainer against resulting claims or legal fees.

Injury Risks: You assume all risk if your dog is injured during or after the agreement term.

Equipment: Trainers are not liable for injury or damage caused by equipment. You are responsible for any damage you or your dog cause to equipment provided by the trainer.

Term of Agreement

Validity: These terms remain valid until your dealings with College 4 Canines are concluded or terminated.

Automatic Termination: The agreement ends automatically once the lessons are completed.

Trainer Discretion: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if a dog is deemed dangerous or unsuitable for training, or if these terms are breached.

Final Provisions

Disputes: Both parties agree to settle any disputes through negotiation and mutual understanding.

Precedence: This contract supersedes all previous oral or written agreements.
